No Team Fortress 2 Updates For PS3 Owners

Bad news for PS3 owners. If you’ve picked up Team Fortress 2 and are hoping to get in on some of the free updates that PC and Xbox 360 owners are getting, think again. As of now there are no plans to make these available for your console of choice.

It’s not that Valve doesn’t like you, but they just don’t have anyone on their staff to develop for the PS3. EA handled the porting of the game (and the rest contained in The Orange Box), but they won’t be working on the updates.
