Ico And Shadow Of The Colossus Getting A Hi-Def Remake

We’ve been waiting for it. We all have. The latest issue of a Japanese magazine called Famitsu has confirmed what we have been craving since the release of the PS3.

Team Ico and Sony have been partnering up and talking about the possibility of a Team Ico collection title for almost a year now. Retail stores have even been taking pre-orders for a compilation PS3 title, but Sony now is addressing it as true via Famitsu.

The release date is still undecided, but Ico and Shadow of the Colossus will be getting an HD remake for the Playstation 3. Ico’s third game, The Last Guardian will also be making headlines later this week at Tokyo Game Show, and we will have more details then.

For now just bask in the glory of this awesome news.
