Valve Gives Us High Hopes With Surprises This Year
With the kind of legacy that Valve has created, we are beggars at their feet. We clutch on to every word that slips between Valve’s lips, and we have good reason to.
In a recent interview, Valve’s head man Gabe Newell explained to us that we can continue to grovel even more, because we can expect at least three big surprises this year.
“I can guarantee you people are going to be surprised at stuff we do. That isn’t going to stop any time soon. I’m just laughing because… people will be shocked again,” Valve boss Gabe Newell tells us. “We have three pretty big surprises in the next 12 months at least.”
This opens our minds to traverse the universe that is Valve for what these “surprises” are going to be. A lot of Valve followers are looking forward to the announcement of Half Life 2: Episode 3 this year, or maybe even a new installment in the Left 4 Dead series. Who knows? Maybe it’s a brand new title all together?
No one knows for certain, but as soon as Valve even whispers what this may be, we will be sure to let you know about it.
