This week the Supreme Court has been hearing the case that started in California against violent video games. The case has been dubbed the Case of Schwarzenegger vs. The Entertainment Merchants Association and Entertainment Software Association. The trial is still ongoing, and as of today the Supreme Court is now hearing oral arguments on either side.
