Newest Final Fantasy XI Update Raises Level Cap Yet Again

Square Enix has just announced that a December patch is on the way for their online MMO, Final Fantasy XI. Now while it may not be another World of Warcraft, Square promises that the patch will have a lot to offer players.

Probably the most noteworthy feature of the patch is that the level cap will be raised from 85 to 90. Tons of new spells will be available for players to unlock as they move up in the ranks as well. Blue Mages will obtain some new powers, and other mages will receive access to new traits as well. For a full list of changes, check out the game’s official blog.
