The Halo De-make Demonstrated and Explained
Ever wonder what Halo would look like back on an old school Nintendo system? Well wonder no more kids! Eric Ruth, the de-maker wizard, answers your mind-bending questions while demonstrating his Halo de-make creation for us all to see.
Ruth has created an assortment of 8-bit de-makes, such as Left 4 Dead and DJ Hero. The creation pictured above is his newest – Pixel Force: Halo. It combined the side-scrolling gameplay of MegaMan with sprites and weapons from the Halo series. The game has everything from platforming and weapon powerups to Covenant destruction and Warthog riding.
