Net Loot: A Minecraft First-Person Shooter

Minecraft. It’s nothing short of a gaming phenomenon, and I’ve said that many times before. It’s a first-person farming, crafting, exploring, survival, mining game. The one thing it isn’t is a first-person shooter, though you can “360 ladder no-scope chickens” from afar.

Loyal fans of the game have taken it, molded it, and created brand new standalone titles all from Notch and Mojang’s original creation. In the video below we see a fan of the game, going by the Youtube username of FinalCutKing, shows us how he likes to mix things up a bit with a first-person real-life shooter adapted from Minecraft.

Admittedly, the video is pretty cool. FinalCutKing did a great job putting all the elements of not just Minecraft, but the FPS genre to use. There’s even a wolf in this video. Man, it has everything. Check out the Minecraft FPS video below, and don’t forget to show FinalCutKing some love.
