Many Gamers are furious over Sony’s new Clause in their end user license agreement. If you’re unfamiliar, Sony has added an arbitration clause to their TOS. In other words the clause makes it so you can’t sue Sony in court but through an arbitrator rather. However a Sony spokesperson confirmed with Kotaku that the new EULA doesn’t affects European gamers.
I think that this is odd and bias towards the rest of us, I can’t think of a legitimate reason to not change European PSN terms, it baffles me. Either way all you Euro gamers need not worry about the new clause. Did I mention Australia is included in Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. So Aussie gamers, you two are excluded from the crappy clause aswell.
I have never been a huge fan of Sony and this basically finalizes my opinion. It seems like Sony’s customer relations are probably headed downhill. I mean you can’t make a huge change to a EULA and Completely exclude 2 continents.
