Learn More About The War With This Secret World Developer Diary
Beneath the surface of our world, a war has been raging for centuries. Societies have been locked in battle, secretly, silently, and savagely all while most of us continue on with our normal lives as we know them. While the world above ground sleeps, gunfire rings out from the shadows, piercing the silence from the depths below. This is The Secret War, and it’s the fuel of The Secret World.
The latest developer diary for The Secret World offers an in depth look at the war being waged within the game, and the factions that take part within it. We see the Templars, the Dragon, and the Illuminati all locked in secret battles that take place while most of the world lies in rest. Each of the factions is putting each of their strengths on the line for one common goal: world domination.
So far, The Secret World looks like it will be a promising MMO shooter. Funcom has a lot to make up for, and anyone following the Conan mishap knows exactly what I’m talking about. Hopefully the team will pull out all the stops with this title, and make it everything it is hyped to be.
