PS Vita Version Of LittleBigPlanet Goes On Sale A Week Early!

Whether due to some confusion or some good ol’ fashioned trickery, some people have been able to snag their copies of LittleBigPlanet Vita a week early. Usually when something like this happens, when copies of a game are put on the streets a week early, heads tend to roll. However, it looks like Sony isn’t too concerned about that little fact, stating that retailers can sell the game early now if they want.

Of course, those who have received the game must suffer the effects of the street date being broken. You see, the severs for the game won’t be on until later today, meaning that those gamers will be stuck in a single player wasteland! …Ok, so maybe that’s not really much of a punishment after all…

But with the street date being lifted, now we have an interesting situation. You, technically the game still doesn’t launch until next Tuesday, on the 25th, and you can still pre-order the game. So while some retailers may be waiting until the official launch date to sell the game, if you’re lucky you might be able to walk into a store, pre-order the game to get the extra goodies, and walk out of that store with the game. That’s not something that happens very often, eh?
