Assassin’s Creed III Becomes Ubisoft’s Most Pre-Ordered Game

Ubisoft has announced that Assassin’s Creed III has become their most pre-ordered game of all time. GameStop surmounted twice as many pre-orders on the third game as there were for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, and that was a highly-anticipated game itself. The numbers are looking really good, and we’re just around the corner from the new title releasing.

Over in the UK GAME stated that 190 stores are prepared to host midnight releases for Assassin’s Creed III and many more are ready to go here in the US. We’ll be meeting a new protagonist as well as adopting a brand new story arc with the new title, and players can’t get enough of it. Of course, it’s all for good measure. Assassin’s Creed III looks stunning.

We’re plenty excited for the game and this feeling is felt all over the world. Ubisoft has put a lot of work into promoting the new game, and despite the gruff they received about the game being too closely related to an author’s book, they’ve done substantially well. I’m looking forward to using my hatchet for patriotism. Aren’t you?
