Assassin’s Creed III Season Pass Details Released

When George Washington helped lead the American Colonies to victory over the British, legend has it that he was offered the chance to be king. It’s then said that he didn’t even consider the possibility of being king, as it ran contrary to everything that the colonies had fought for. Now it looks like Ubisoft is exploring an alternate history, one where Washington did decide to make an American kingdom with himself at the very top as part of the Assassin’s Creed III Season Pass.

The season pass will cost you $30, and comes with 5 different pieces of DLC to be released at different times. The King George campaign is going to be split up into 3 sections, so this isn’t just going to be some little 2 hour narrative, but rather it’s going to be quite a bit more fleshed out. At this time it’s unknown what the other two DLC packs will be.

Of course, if you don’t want to buy the season pass to get the DLC you don’t have to. However, it appears that in the end by buying the pass you’ll end up saving 25%, and people with the pass will get one-week early access to at least the first DLC pack. At this time the season pass will be available to the PS3, Xbox 360, and the PC, but not the Wii U. That could change however, so keep an eye out!
