If you’re a bit of a frugal gamer who loves downloading and playing games off of the PlayStation Network, then you might want to pay attention! For the month of October if you purchase $100 worth of stuff from the PSN you’ll get $20 credited back onto your account in November. Best part is, this promotion is store-wide, meaning you’re not limited to purchasing only games, or only movies.
There is a slight catch with this deal, however. You see, with your account you can only get it once, so if you just so happen to be loaded in cash and you’re trying to come up with a way to fill up your new slim PS3’s 500 GB hard drive it won’t matter if you buy $100 or $500 worth of stuff. In the end, you’ll only get one $20 credit onto your account. Then again, if you have $500 to spend like that I don’t think you’re too worried about $20 credits either!
Another nice thing about this deal is that as it’s good for everything in the store you can purchase a PlayStation Plus subscription and have it count towards your total. That PS Plus membership gives you 10% off preorders on games, meaning that in the end you’ll get a little more bang for your buck. One last thing: I don’t think I need to say this, but that $100 doesn’t need to be all in one order. It’s cumulative for the whole month!
