Grand Theft Auto V Release Season Hinted [Rumor]

The GTA V release date has been a point of contention on this site for awhile, but it looks like we’ve finally got some solid evidence for it. If you look at the leaked promotional material up at the top, you can make out “Spring 2013″ on it. So, unless this is some sort of elaborate hoax, I’d say that you can expect to see GTA V sometime in the spring of next year.

So what else does the poster tell us? There’s not much there, really, other than the fact that it’ll be rated 18 in the UK, which isn’t surprising at all. However, as DSOGaming pointed out, the most interesting thing that we can learn from the poster is about what’s been omitted from the poster.

If you look at the bottom you’ll notice that it shows the Xbox 360 and PS3 logos. The PC logo, however, is missing. Does this mean that we’ll have to wait longer for the PC version? It’s possible, but at this point we don’t know what to say until we got some more solid information from Rockstar themselves.

Update: We have confirmed the official release date.
