Battlefield 4 Releases 17 Minute Gameplay Demonstration

Well folks, it’s finally here! After its existence was leaked last year, with scarcely any information revealed since then, Battlefield 4‘s gameplay demo has finally been released. I gotta say, it doesn’t look half bad either!

The trailer starts with Bonnie Tyler’s Total Eclipse of the Heart being played on the radio when you and your team regain consciousness in a car that’s rapidly sinking. Your Staff Sergent tells you to go and shoot the windshield out, condemning him to death but saving the rest of the team, and thus, the mission. After shooting it out, the trailer cuts back to 15 minutes previously, where you relive the moments that lead to you driving a car off into a river. You can check out the full trailer for yourself down below.

Battlefield 4 will be released in the fall on the PS3, PS4, PC, and Xbox 360, and most likely for Microsoft’s next console (when it is announced). However, it has been confirmed that you won’t be seeing BF4 on the Wii U. Instead, the developers have decided to “play it safe” and release it on the more conventional platforms instead.
