Call Of Duty: Black Ops II May Be Getting New DLC This Month

If you’re looking for some more Black Ops II DLC, it looks like you won’t have to wait long. Twitter user @poooop123b posted an image that shows the next bit of DLC for the game, titled Uprising. According to the placard, the release date for the DLC appears to be April 16th.

The new DLC appears to have 4 new maps. Not much is known about them, except for their names: Vertigo, Encore, Magma, and Studio. There also appears to be a new mode called “Mob of the Dead”, which it’d be pretty safe to say that it’s a new zombie mode.

Because Activision has a deal with Microsoft to release DLC on the Xbox 360 first, it’s most likely that the April 16th date is for the Xbox Live Marketplace only. The PS3 and PC would probably end up getting the new DLC about a month later. I’m sure it won’t be too long until Activision releases more information about the DLC.
