For a game created in only 48 hours Surgeon Simulator 2013 is pretty damn good. Sure, it might be pretty “simple” (perform a heart transplant, how hard can that be?) but there’s a bit of a challenge there, and with the humor involved in the game it’s not a surprise to see people clamoring for more. And this time, there’s more to it than just performing a heart transplant!

This time, instead of 48 hours the team had 48 days to flesh out the game, and as you can see in the trailer it’s going to be even more insane. This time, you have double kidney transplants, as well as an ambulance mode to deal with. They’ve updated the graphics and soundtrack, and they even added in tons of Easter eggs to find. You can even perform a brain transplant, though I’m not exactly sure how that’d work.
