Injustice: Gods Among Us’ Latest Challanger Is…
These days fighter games are always getting new DLC characters every month or so for its first several months of existence. Injustice: Gods Among Us is no different, with its first bit of DLC including Lobo, who is quite frankly a compete bad ass. NetherRealms Studio’s next DLC character for the game, however, doesn’t boast an intergalactic origin, or superpowers for that matter, but that doesn’t make her any less of a bad ass.
The next character for the game will be Batgirl, Batman’s crimefighting assistant and daughter to Commissioner Gordon. She wasn’t supposed to be announced quite yet, but because of a mix-up which led to the Batgirl DLC being listed on the Xbox Live Marketplace, the studio really had not choice but to acknowledge her existence. After all, the “bat’s out of the bag”!
Unfortunately at this time there’s not a lot of other information out there about her. For those of you who want to pick her up though, don’t worry. Gameplay footage will be released later this week, and before too long we’ll learn when the DLC will be made available.
