Hey guy’s. Fat Brandon here with a some what disturbing story.
Apparently The CDC(Center for Disease Control) has done a survey on gamers. The survey highlights are at best unpleasant. The CDC conducted this study in Seattle seeing as it is internet usage capitol of the U.S.. They surveyed 500 people ages 18 and up 45% of which reported playing games. They found that the average gamers’ age is 35… 35 man I thought it was sad that at 25 I still loved them.
Moving on, They also found that their health as compared to the 55% that did not report playing games was terrible. They found that gamers B.M.I. (Body Mass Index… how fat you are) was greater then non-gamers as well as a greater tenancy for depression. Chicks got it even worse female gamers as apposed to female non-gamers were even fatter and more unhappy. I don’t know what to say… guess Wii fit just hasn’t been around long enough. (Not that it would matter it tells me I’m too fat to play)
Make of it what you will but it seems that the Doc will soon be telling you to put down the controller or step away from the key board. I wonder when our insurance will go up for being a “Gamer”.
