Mass Effect M8 Avenger Assault Rifle Replica

Earlier this week we showed you a couple of awesome Fallout 3 weapon replicas. I figured that these would be the coolest homemade model guns that we’d see for a little while. Apparently I was wrong. This sweet M8 Avenger Assault Rifle from Mass Effect was crafted by Volpin Props out of a variety of household items. These include random scrap parts, MDF board, PVC pipe and a few LEDs.

If I were going into battle against the Reapers, I’d feel pretty safe having one of these by my side. (If it were fully-functional that is). Definitely check out the Volpin Props site, where they have very step-by-step documentation of the crafting process.
