It’s easy to say that we’ve seen Kinect do some pretty amazing things in these past few weeks, but this has to take the cake. In this demonstration video we see how Kinect is used to control Windows 7, and it is sheer awesomeness.
Here you see Wolfgang Herfurtner, the main chair of Evoluce, control many Windows 7 programs while using nothing but his hands to do so. In some programs there is even enough room for two people to manipulate and object.
Set Windows 7 up on a big screen, plug in Kinect, and you’ve got yourself an amazing presentation ahead. Thanks to the collaboration of the mouse/pointer/keyboard software that is in Kinect, the workplace will be changed forever. Take a look below and tell us what you think.
