Old Golden Sun Commercial Brought To Light By Dark Dawn

Way back in 2001 Nintendo released a commercial for Golden Sun, which was, in short, gorgeous. Despite all of it’s beauty, however, it left many with unwavering confusion and unanswered questions. In the commercial, which you can see below compared to a Dark Dawn ad, a giant crystal dragon materializes and completely wrecks an opera house. This, we surely do not remember. There is a reason for that, as explained by Nintendo: that certain sequence wouldn’t make it into the franchise until the release of Golden Sun: Dark Dawn.
