The Newest Megaobject In Minecraft – The Earth

Object building, and specifically megaobject building, has become grossly popular with Minecraft – the amazing online creation game. The latest wonder in the mix: the Earth.

Youtuber roddds469 built the object which you can see in the video below bu using a NASA terrain height map. It’s a smaller scale, 1,000-by-500 block test before he moves on up to a bigger size. The terrain color as well as the weather could be incorrect as this was only meant to see if he could import the height map properly.

There is a long way to go before this particular item is completed, but for those who scour maps for unknown reasons, this is a gift just for you.
