Roman DeNu, a loyal Minecraft player and Kotaku reader decided to reveal a friggin’ sweet Christmas present, which has blown our minds. He completely recreated the world from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past with the building blocks provided by Notch. Posted below is a complete video walkthrough of his re-creation.
This is the perfect way in which to show that with the right tools, time, and energy people can really create some amazing things, even if they are re-creations of other works. DeNu spent over one hundred hours building the 512 by 512 by 104 block work of art, and he has plans to cintinue the project by instituting a re-creation of the Dark Wood, including all dungeons, caves, and buildings from the game. We salute you DeNu, and we can’t wait to see what you produce.
