Marty McFly’s Voice Actor Speaks Out About His Technique
A.J. LoCascio is the lucky guy who’s been chosen to provide the voice to the time-traveling hero, Marty McFly, in the Back To The Future video game, which is out now for the PC. Posted below is the demo reel for his performance in the studio, behind the scenes. The video shows LoCascio explaining exactly how he gets himself into character to portray the iconic character
In an official interview with Asylum, LoCascio stated, “If I was asking out a girl, I would sound too much like Marty and it was never the most attractive thing to have in high school. It’s a matter of almost making myself artificially nervous.”
In the video below, we also see some impressions of McFly that LoCascio submitted when applying for the position. I think the guy nails it, to be honest. I can’t wait to get a chance to check out the game as well. What do you think?
