Minecraft Is Off to iOS Later This Year

That’s right. All of your mine-picking dreams are coming true. You will so very soon be able to play the beloved Minecraft on your iPhone and iPad. As the title says, it won’t be until later this year, but I think we’ll all be able to tide ourselves over via the good old-fashioned computers for now.

Aron Neiminen will be doing this version, and will treat it with the same love as the game’s creator, Markus Persson. Or at least he better or he will have raging Minecraft fans after his head. For updates, the iOS version will won’t get all of those that are found on the pc (big surprise) but will get all of the ones that “make sense”. Whatever works will work; I just want to play Minecraft on my phone on the bus.
