Dragon Quest Collection Announced From Square Enix
The Dragon Quest series is coming up on its 25th anniversary, and what better way to celebrate than with a series collection release for the Wii? Square Enix thinks the same way, thus the announcement coming from the company. It just so happens that such a situation is happening later this year.
The game series’ official homepage states that the collection will include the original NES and SNES versions of Dragon Quest I, II, and III. There hasn’t been a price put to the Dragon Quest Collection, but we do know it will launch in September for the Virtual Console on the Wii.
Of course this announcement is for the folks over in Japan, as there hasn’t been any word on the collection’s release outside of that country. If word pops up, we will surely be here to update.
