Check Out The New Lord of the Rings: War in the North Trailer
The new trailer for Lord of the Rings: War in the North pays homage to the original trilogy, as it explores how the new game ties into said series. We know you still love the original film trilogy, and so does Warner Brothers Interactive.
The trailer shows a snow-covered land riddled with war. A new threat is rising in the north and it’s up to you to save the world as we know it. You’re tasked with warning Aragorn, seeking help from Rivendell, and driving a spear right through the heart of doom itself. If that hasn’t gotten your blood pumping then someone needs to call you an ambulance.
Check out the trailer below, and tell us what you think. The game is set to release on August 24th, and it will hit all major platforms (Xbox 360, PS3, and PC). Looking at it so far makes me want to go re-watch the trilogy!
