Epic Releases Gears Of War Timeline
This week marks the release of one of the most highly-anticipated games of the year. It has been nearly five years since Epic took the gaming world by storm with the first Gears of War title. Tomorrow, the third and final installment of the game will hit store shelves. So what do you do in the meantime? Brush up on your Gears history.
Unless you just recently sat down and pounded through the first two games, your memory might be just a little fuzzy on some of the events. In that case, you should direct yourself over to the Epic Games website where they have put together a nice little timeline that should get you up to speed rather quickly.
Not only were they nice enough to wrap up the events of the first two games, but there is even a bit of history on the Pendulum Wars, which took place before the events of the first. Check it out, then pick up your copy of Gears 3 when it drops on Tuesday.
