Xbox Live Coming To Windows 8
Major Nelson has given the confirmation that Xbox LIVE will be a part of Wondows 8. Microsoft is trying as hard as they possibly can to pool several different branches of entertainment and networking together in one place.
Exact information on this integration is not quite there just yet, but the fact that it will be there at all is pretty exciting. This will affect the Games for Windows Live, but again, we don’t have the data to let you know how just yet.
Microsoft is making sure that no extra facts have been leaked by stating that the only information they’re willing to give out is on Major Nelson’s blog. Although, unless Microsoft is planning something really special, this will probably just replace Games for Windows Live with a new logo and colors.
