Newest Amy Trailer Spreads Knowledge About The Game’s Infection

Amy, the upcoming survival horror title planned first for the PSN and later on PC and Xbox 360, is becoming quite infectious among the gaming collective. The plot of the game surrounds a woman named Lana who is infected with a zombifying virus. This contamination becomes progressively worse as the game continues, that is, unless she maintains contact with the title character, Amy.

A new trailer has finally released for Amy, providing an insight to what the infection is, and how it affects Lana. We also can see some different ways we’ll be able to fend off the contamination, which will become key elements in the survival of both characters. Though the infection has the tendency to kill, it does have its perks. For instance, being partially zombified will allow you to pass through crowds unnoticed, which will make for an easy escape when needed.

Amy is still without a release date other than the mention that it’s slated for fall 2011, but we know it’s planned to release for the PS3 first, with the PC and Xbox 360 falling later. The game is shaping up to be an eerie survival horror title, which many fans of the genre have been waiting on for some time. Check out the trailer below, and keep your eyes peeled as we continue to follow the game’s development.
