First Hand Footage Of Some PVP Combat In The Old Replublic’s Voidstar Warzone
The Old Republic is being polished to its prime at this point, as its release is merely a couple of months away. In the latest video released for the game, we get to see what some PvP combat looks like in the Voidstar Warzone map. It’s Republic versus Empire in an all-out battle for control.
In this PvP battleground, players on the Imperial side of the battle attempt to make it to retrieve the information in the delta core at the center of the Voidstar while the Republic fight them off. It is, in a sense, a type of core defense gameplay. This PvP mode has each side in rotation, so each side will have the chance to attack and defend.
You can see some footage of the PvP gameplay below. It looks like it will be an extreme amount of fun, and there’s a lot of potential for team-based play. After all, when it gets down to it, the game mode is an excuse to slaughter enemy players. That’s where the fun is.
