
There have been plenty of strategy games out there that see players as mighty kings that control vast armies as they take down all enemies who oppose them. Others see players as tough heroes with masterful mages by their side. The one thing you don’t see in these types of games is a mage taking up the front of battle, leading minions of his own to clash against opposing steel. With Warlock: Master of the Arcane, all of this changes.
In Warlock: MotA, players take the role of a supreme mage as they build empires that will seek to control power across all the lands of Ardania. Players will control cities, build units, and fight for the control of vast amounts of wealth. With this game, it’s a new experience to be playing a mage with all of the power instead of some king or knight. Here’s what the game will bring you:
A closed beta has been announced for the game by its developers, Paradox Interactive and Ino-co Plus. To sign up for the beta, players can head to the events signup page. As far as strategy titles go, this one is shaping up to be a lot of fun. Warlock: Master of the Arcane will be debuting on the PC during the second quarter of next year. Be sure to sign up for the beta to check it out early, as beta sign ups are good from now through December 14th.
