Bethesda Aware Of Skyrim PS3 Lag, Working On Update To Correct It

PS3 players have been reporting in that a lag is plaguing the game on their system, and they want something done about it. Well, there’s good news as Bethesda is aware of the problem and they’re working on a fix. It’s been confirmed that patch 1.4 for Skyrim is in the works, and it will fix the issue.

On the developer’s Twitter account, they responded to the issue with, “we’re addressing that in the 1.4 update planned for this month.” So through this we find out not only that the issue will be resolved, but that the update is coming this month as well.

The last patch for the game released in December, and it addressed some framerate issues that the PS3 encountered. It looks like, though, that the more updates that come to fix the game, the more issues that arise. As soon as more gets detailed about the issues, we’ll keep you posted.
