Gotham City Impostors Delayed Until February
News from the mock-Batcave down in the tunnels brings some unfortunate information about the fight between the Bats and Jokers up top. It seems that Gotham City Impostors has been delayed. Now players will have to put their suits back up on the rack until February.
For those who haven’t heard, Gotham City Impostors is an FPS title for the PC, PSN, and XBLA that has been described as “DC Universe meets Team Fortress 2.” Players take wither the role of the Bats in the name of justice, or the Jokers in the name of mischief. Using actual weaponry and explosives, each team fights against each other for domination.
The original launch date was January 10th, which will be overshot. There hasn’t been any reason given for the delay, but as usual we expect the game needed some more polish. Hopefully they get their props together soon, ’cause there’s a lot of propaganda to be spread!
