Take Out Hitler When You Pre-Order Sniper Elite V2!
It has been announced by 505 Games that you will be able to kill Hitler in their new game Sniper Elite V2. That is, you’ll be able to assassinate Hitler if you pre-order the game!
The single-player mission will only be available to people who preorder the game, and the mission will be titled quite simply “Kill The Führer”. You’ll be able to take the shot against Hitler, and tyranny, for that matter, as Hitler “is returning from Berchtesgaden to Berlin via his personal train. Players must intercept the train as it waits at the station and take down the Fuhrer as he hastily makes way for the station on foot.”
The game will be available for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC on May 1st in North American and May 4th in the UK. Though shooting Hitler might be a big draw for people, I’m willing to bet that the rest of the missions will be just as fun! The game itself takes place during the end of World War II, as victory for the Allies seems all but inevitable.
