It looks like Dead Space 3 is real, at least according to some new evidence that’s surfaced. An Israeli new show first showed some some information on the game, and now a South African retailer has begun to accept pre-orders for the game. BT Games, as it’s called, may have just outed the game all together.
EA has not officially announced Dead Space 3, though there have been hints at its production. Job listings posted around the net suggested that the production was about to be set underway. EA has even discussed the Dead Space series becoming a trilogy, as President Frank Gibeau stated that the company wants to reach a broader audience with a sequel.
Now we don’t know if this is legit or not, but you’ve got to remember that BT Games is the entity responsible for lifting the veil on Mass Effect 3’s multiplayer mode as well as the Jak and Daxter HD Collection. While the listing may just be a fluke, there’s enough evidence that suggests it to be true. Of course we’re waiting on word from EA, which may just speed along the announcement if it all proves true. I know I’m excited for more Necromorph action, are you?
