Project Zomboid Is On Its Way

Project Zomboid is a survival game that has a theme we all know and love, the zombie apocalypse. However, its focus is not the traditional hack and slash we’re used to. It requires you to think about real world obstacles.

There will be limited weapons, a spouse, and looters to worry about. Not to mention the fact that you will have to monitor when you’re hungry, thirsty, or need to sleep. When I say sleep, I also mean hoping that a horde of zombies don’t follow you into a random house all the way up to the door, because they can definitely break those down.

This game has definitely seen a few bumps along the road, but it is now seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. The team is looking at finalizing everything for PC, Mac, and Linux, and reimplementing fire. They still need to finish up the tutorial segment so you aren’t completely in the dark, but take comfort in knowing the last patch is on the way.
