Borderlands Will Be Free For All PlayStation Plus Subscribers
PlayStation Plus members have a new reason to be excited about their subscription. In addition to all of the other benefits, Sony has announced that all PlayStation Plus members will be getting access to Borderlands, absolutely free.
That’s right, one of the best shooters of 2009 will soon be available free of charge to anyone with a PlayStation Plus subscription. This is only the vanilla version of the game, so once you work your way through, you’ll still need to purchase the DLC. But don’t worry, you won’t need to pay full price. You’ll be getting a 50% discount.
The only downside to this is that you’ll need to maintain the subscription if you want to keep playing the game for free. The game will be available for free starting September 4th.
