Gears of War: Judgment Will Introduce Free-For-All Multiplayer Mode
For the first time in the Gears of War series a free-for-all multiplayer mode will be introduced with the release of Gears of War: Judgment. In previous titles we’ve had our fair share of versus modes, though they were always team-based and you were always fighting with members of the same faction. Now, it looks like, we’ll be able to duel with chainsaws against one another for glory.
People Can Fly announced this information to the Official Xbox Magazine, and they say they’ll have more details when their next issue releases. Until then they’ve teased us with the screenshot you see above. It looks like Baird just isn’t a ladie’s man.
Judgment will offer many new features that differ from the series, like class-based multiplayer and a brand new story we’ve not encountered. Root gameplay, however, will keep the game a Gears title that fans will undoubtedly love. Right now the game is scheduled to release on March 19th next year, as announced last month.
