Assassin’s Creed Anthology Confirmed By Ubisoft

Assassin’s Creed III just released to a crowd of very hungry fans who still can’t get enough of the game. Our new protagonist Connor brings a new aspect of assassination to the job, as well as a brand new storyline to play through. The game has been a big success, but what about our previous heroes? What if you’ve got the urge to follow their stories as well?

Just in case you’re feeling nostalgic and want to follow Assassin’s Creed from the beginning (like I intend to do), Ubisoft has some great news for you. Assassin’s Creed Anthology has been outed by Amazon France and Ubisoft has confirmed that what we’ve seen is real. The Anthology is a collection of every console game in the entire Assassin’s Creed series.

What this means is that within one special box players will receive Assassin’s Creed, Assassin’s Creed II, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, and of course, Assassin’s Creed III. You’ll also get all previously released DLC for each game. A formal announcement on the bundle will be coming this week, but for now we know only a small bit of details. The Amazon site had the Anthology listed at 150 Euros, which is slightly less than $200. There was also a set release date of November 29th, 2012. That happens to be my birthday, and this would be a perfect way to celebrate it, don’t you agree?
