Have you ever sang Karaoke, or done the vocals for Rock Band? If so, you know that it can be sort of overwhelming to be the only voice in the room. Why not try for a game that will let an entire room full of people sing along?
Everyone Sing is a party game that has 35 songs that span a musical history of 60 years. You’ll be able to sing with three friends (it supports 4 microphones), and play through a bunch of different game modes. There’s the team classic, in which two teams compete, last man standing (obvious rules apply), tug of war, in which a literal rope appears on the screen and you duke it out for best voices, party mix (highest score wins), and pass the bomb, where you have to get a flawless score before you can pass of the mic to the opposing team. The bomb will go off randomly, so it’s quite similar to hot potato…except it has singing.
There are artists such as Nicki Minaj, Michael Buble, Pussycat Dolls, and Lionel Richie. The recommended hardware to be used with this game are the SingStar and Logitech Vantage microphones. I would assume others would work as well though. Please note that the mics don’t come with this game. This will be available on PSN next Tuesday, and while it would be a fun party game, it would have to be uber cheap to be worth the small amount of enjoyment that will come out of it.
