Unless you had forgotten, tomorrow marks the launch of the third game in the Bioshock series: Bioshock Infinite. To celebrate, Nvidia has released a new version of their GeForce drivers. You might not call it much of a celebration, but with up to 41% faster performance over the previous drivers, I’d take that over a cake or a card.
In addition to increasing performance in Bioshock Infinite, Nvidia has also posted performance increases in other popular titles. The drivers should perform up to 60% faster in Tomb Raider, 23% faster in Sniper Elite V2, and 13% faster in Sleeping Dogs.
Included in the update are SLI and 3D Vision profiles for a variety of games, including Neverwinter, Resident Evil 6, and Tomb Raider. You can grab the new drivers here, or by using the update tool in GeForce Experience. For a more comprehensive list of performance increases, check out the official post from Nvidia.
