Need For Speed: Rivals Coming November 22nd For PS4, Xbox One

EA once again has disappointed me. No, it’s not an issue dealing with down servers or money-grubbing DLC. Instead, it has to do with a release date for a game I’ve been looking forward to for some time now.

We’ve known that the current generation consoles will be getting Need for Speed: Rivals on November 19th. What we haven’t known is when exactly the next-gen versions would be coming out. EA has made the announcement that those versions will be coming out in America on November 22nd.

That means that Xbox One folks will be getting it right when the console is released, but the PS4 owners will have to wait a whole week after the system’s launch in order to pick up the game! But really, is it a big deal? Oh well, I guess I’ll just have to play Battlefield 4 and Watch Dogs for the week before, and if I really need some racing action before Rivals‘ launch date I can just get a PS+ membership and play DriveClub for free until then.
