Titanfall Will Not Being Coming To PlayStation. At All.

One of the big games coming out for the Xbox One in the next few months is an EA title by the name of Titanfall. At the time it was announced it was being billed as a Microsoft exclusive, set to come out in the launch window of the Xbox One. However, for a time it wasn’t known if it was going to be a full on exclusive for Microsoft, or if it was going to merely be a timed exclusive, with a PlayStation version coming out later on.

What started the rumors of a possible PlayStation version was how Xbox Live spokesman “Major Nelson” avoided answering a question about Titanfall’s exclusivity. “As far as being an exclusive that’s really a question for Titanfall—I’m not worried about it though,” he said in a recent AMA on Reddit. Alas, Titanfall and the PS4 are not meant to be: EA’s Blake Jorgensen revealed in a conference call to investors that Titanfall will be an exclusive to Microsoft.

It’s a bit disappointing I’ll admit, because that game looks pretty awesome. But, with that being said, there is one slight glimmer of hope. After all, Titanfall is also coming out for the PC, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see that that version is the best looking of the bunch.
