First RAGE patch enables VSync, Texture Cache and Anisotropic Filter settings, and includes various tweaks that should vastly improve performance. The real question is whether or not it will completely solve the issues that have plagued the game from the start.

As I said in my review of the game earlier in the week, I really enjoyed Rage. Cryptic Studio has decided to make Neverwinter a free MMO. Dungeons and Dragons Online is already Free to Play, and the two are somewhat similar, but I can see why they will both be available separately. Seeing as Neverwinter is set in the world of the forgotten realms and has a completely different ordeal going on.
