Bungie Week Starts Today

Bungie Week starts today, and in honor of Bungie’s 20 years of awesome, we at GamerFront are going to be bringing you Halo and Bungie oriented articles, news and stories for the next two weeks.

In May 1991 Bungie was founded and published its first game, Operation: Desert Storm, then came an RPG called Minotaur followed by Pathways into Darkness, and then what was supposed to be a sequel to Pathways, spawned into the FPS Marathon and later Marathon 2, next was the Myth series, ONI and then what I would call their flagship title Halo: CE (which then spawned a wave of merchandise, marketing revenue, comics, and several games.)

With Bungie not having anything to do with Halo 4 and Halo Anniversary, you might think there down and out. However to think that would be way off target. Bungie has something in the works code named Bungie Aerospace (said to be announced during the Bungie week celebrations.) and if I know Bungie, I would say that Aerospace is going to be big, whatever it is, I mean you can’t create the video game legend that is Master Chief and then flop with your next title…Or Can you?

Whatever Bungie has up their sleeve, I personally am excited for it. Happy Bungie week every one! Check in regularly for all your Bungie week News.
