Batman: Arkham City is soaring on consoles, but PC fans are sadly sitting in wait. We already knew that the PC version of the game would be arriving sometime in November, but a specific date wasn’t given. According to Rocksteady, however, we have an official date now for the PC release of Arkham City. Players can pick it up on November 15th, just over a few weeks out.
The original date for the PC release got pushed back, and the developer let us know it was for good measure. Rocksteady commented on the fact, saying, “All of the source textures and assets are done at a very, very high res and we make them work on all the different SKUs. People will really love the PC version when it comes out.” This was according to Sefton Hill straight from the developer.
Now PC players have a date to look forward to, all while drooling over the game as it looks on consoles. Of course with the right equipment, Arkham City will surely shine on the PC, making the wait that much sweeter. We’ll look forward to seeing you next month, Dark Knight fans.
