Aperture: Lab Ratt Is A Portal Fan Film Project That’s Coming Soon

The gaming community never ceases to amaze me, and this little piece of news follows suit. For anyone who has ever played the Portal games, you’ll know that there’s a special part of your heart that they claim to keep in a constant warmth.  From paintings and drawings to songs and comics, fans of the Portal series are always producing great works of art to show their love and appreciation for perhaps one of the greatest series in gaming history. The team at syntheticph are following this instance with their upcoming fan film, Aperture: Lab Ratt.

The film tells the story of Doug Rattman and his tribulations within the walls of Aperture Laboratories. In his attempts to thwart the system, we run into famous names within the series such as GLaDOS and even Chell. There will be plenty of turrets and companion cubes for everyone!

Right now the fan film has a trailer which you can see below. I’m excited to see what the team can produce, and they’re working on the project diligently. the fan film is coming soon, and enthused fans can even donate to the project to help it release ahead of schedule.
