Earlier we posted the first announcement about the new DLC that is coming to the new Mortal Kombat game. Now we have some updated information on exactly what’s being included in the content, and we’re here to share it with you.
Ed Boon, the Mortal Kombat series co-creator, tweeted recently “The 7 Klassic outfits & 3 Klassic fatalities that were retailer exclusives will be bundled into one DLC package.” This means that the outfits and Fatalities that were pre-order bonuses will now be available for everyone via this piece of DLC. Players will get the Mortal Kombat II gear for Sub-Zero, Skorpion, Reptile, and Ermac, as well as Mortal Kombat III costumes for Jade, Kitana, and Mileena. Don’t forget the original Fatalities that will be included.
No price or date has been officially given for the DLC, nor any information on if it will hit both platforms simultaneously. Skarlet will be available in this downloadable pack too, adding yet another character to the game’s roster. Keep an eye out, and we will update as soon as we can, though we assume we won’t see this until after E3.
